The Alien Ears Customer Tracking System allows you to follow your custom in-ear monitor order in real time. You’ll see every step of the process — from impression check in to completion — so you always know what’s happening with your monitors.
2. How do I access my personal tracking page?
You’ll receive a unique link by email and text once your order has been entered into our system. Simply click the link to view your personal tracking dashboard — no login required.
3. What information will I see on my tracker?
Your tracker displays:
The current stage of your order
Technician notes and updates
Shipping and tracking details will be sent via email
4. How often is my tracker updated?
The tracker updates automatically each time your order moves to the next stage or a technician adds notes. You’ll also receive email and text updates when major milestones occur.

6. Can I communicate with the technician through the tracker?
The tracker itself is read-only, but you can reply to any update text or contact us directly if you have questions. Our support team will make sure your message gets to the right person.
7. Can I use the same tracker for multiple orders?
Each order or repair has its own unique tracking page. If you have multiple orders, you’ll receive separate tracking links for each one unless they were purchased together at the same time.
8. What happens after my build is complete?
Once complete, your tracker will show “Finished” and you’ll receive an email with your shipping tracking number and any technician notes about your completed order.
9. What if the tracker doesn’t update?
Be aware that some processes take much longer than others so sometimes things may move fast then slow during other processes.
10. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Each customer has their own private database and secure tracking link. No login or public access is allowed to other customers’ data.

Absolutely! The Alien Ears Tracker is mobile-friendly and works on all major devices — iPhone, Android, tablet, and desktop.
12. Do I need an account or app to use the tracker?
No account or app is needed. Simply use the secure link sent to you.
