AND YOUR MONITORS!

ROLLING 30 DAY FIT GUARANTEE:
Alien Ears provides a 30 day unlimited fit warranty from the original shipping date.
That means for any reason...too big...not sealing correctly....etc...we will buildup,take down or remold
for free! After a refit is completed you have another 30 days from the time you receive
them.

Simply speaking... we get your monitors fitting correctly no matter what!
With in ear monitors "its all in the seal" (and our top notch construction and parts of course)



1 YEAR LIMITED:
Material defects or workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components are covered for a period of one year from the original shipping date. Damage or breakage due to use contrary to Alien Ears instruction, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, or to any part of the Product is not covered by the warranty.

Use a limiter because blown drivers are not covered under warranty.
Due to the nature of cords they are not covered under warranty

We cannot guarantee production times due to the sudden changes in lab volume
Rush orders not received in time will receive the refund of the rush portion of the order

Abandoned Orders: Orders are deemed abandoned and voided after 6 months (1 year on gift cards)

Warranty Covers:
crossovers
internal wiring
cracked shells (not from physical damage)
sockets


Warranty does NOT cover:
cracked or broken shells due to misuse
blown drivers (use a fast limiter to stop transient spikes!)
cords

shipping to other countries (warranty or non-warranty)


REMOLD SERVICE WARRANTY: (Remold from Generic to Custom)
Warranty only applies to outer shell of remolded monitors.
Internal components are NOT covered under our warranty.
We test your parts before we remold and simply move your parts (we do not rewire) to our shells and then test them and send them to you.

We do not upgrade or repair other manufacturers products

Free Refit is 30 Days from the day you receive your monitors.

Shell warranty is 30 days for the remold service from manufacturer defects
crush or chipped out shells are not covered. No other refund policies apply to the remold.

Cancelled Orders:
USA:


After monitors are complete there are no refunds

Cancelled Orders before the shells are cast where impressions have not been received are accessed a $20 (per kit) imp kit fee.

Cancelled Orders where impressions have been received and in process add an additional $20 fee (totaling $40)
If shells are complete a total of $100 shell fee is assessed. (there are many man hours that go into making these units)


NON-USA:

After monitors are complete there are no refunds

Cancelled Orders where impressions have not been received are accessed a $35 (PER KIT) imp kit fee plus shipping charges

Cancelled Orders where impressions have been received and in process add an additional $20 fee (totaling $55) plus shipping charges

If shells are complete a total of $100 fee is assessed plus any shipping charges. (there are many man hours that go into making these units)
