At this point in time we do not have a tracking system to track the progress your monitors thru its manufacturing journey.
It would take a lot of man hours to keep up on where a particular customers monitors are in the process.
But rest assured that when your impressions come in to Alien Ears that they are reviewed by our tech's and then an email is then sent to you notifying you of the
date they were recieved and if the impressions were usable.
You can pretty much start the count down from that date 3-6 weeks...but normally the lesser because of our bulk pour system.
When your monitors are completed you will receive the email with the tracking number for your shipment
